Kashmiri Mongra is one of the oldest and the most exotic spices in the world found only in Kashmir. It grows at 1530 Feet above sea level and is known as 'The Signature Quality' for its purity as it contains more than 150 volatile and aroma yielding compounds. Kashmiri Mongra is the world's darkest in colour and has a strong flavour, aroma, and has a colouring strength of more than 250, making it over three times more powerful than other natural colouring agents.
The darker the colour the more nutrient-dense it is. Saffron is packed with phytonutrients, flavonoids, vitamin A, B6 and C. Rich in calcium, magnesium and iron. Saffron can be used in many different ways, it is most commonly consumed by adding 4-5 strands of saffron threads to milk (can be plant-based too) or steeping it in hot water for 5-10mins. It is an essential part of many different cuisines. Some of the famous dishes that are incomplete without Saffron are Biryani, Kheer, Risotto, and many more.

To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.
Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)
