Provides ease in bleeding diseases, diarrhoea, fluid leakage and painful urination.

Manages menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding), metrorrhagia (prolonged menstrual cycle) and related gynaecological conditions.

Tones and strengthens the uterus, when used as an uterine tonic.

Regulates the menstrual cycle, and promotes a comfortable monthly flow owing to the natural phytoestrogens present in the bark.

Nourishes the heart, and maintains healthy endometrial and ovarian tissues. 

In Sanskrit, "Ashoka" means "Remover of Sorrow", alleviating pain and discomfort. Energetically, it has an effect of removing sorrow from the heart.

Ashoka helps to relax an overactive Central Nervous System, which may help in inducing sleep. The quality and duration of sleep can be improved due to the presence of certain flavonoids, glycosides and tannins in Ashoka. 

Ashoka is a cooling herb, which is balancing for Pitta and Kapha.

How To Use

Usage: For aid in relief from Menstrual issues, it is best if the use of Ashoka is cycled. It should not be consumed during menstruation. As per Ayurveda, this herb should be used for three- fifth of the month, leading up to menstruation. Once menstruation ends, it can be used up to the 10th day, then this cycle should be repeated. (E.g.: For three- fifths of the month, use Ashoka, then if menstruation begins on the 6th day, and continues from the 6th to the 11th day (or until menstruation ends) do not consume Ashoka, finally on the 12th (or the day when menstruation ends), consume Ashoka up to the 22nd day. Cycle the use of Ashoka in the next month too, in this way.)

To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.

Please note shilajit cannot be claimed as organic as it's not cultivated by humans, it's extracted from special shilajit rocks which is only produced by nature. Shilajit can only be tested for heavy metals which we have done in a Eurofins Laboratory (document is available here)
