How to use

Support in Menstrual health, it is best if the use of Ashoka is cycled.

It should not be consumed during menstruation.

As per Ayurveda, this herb should be used for three- fifth of the month, leading up to menstruation.

Once menstruation ends, it can be used up to the 10th day, then this cycle should be repeated. (E.g.: For three- fifths of the month, use Ashoka, then if menstruation begins on the 6th day, and continues from the 6th to the 11th day (or until menstruation ends) do not consume Ashoka, finally on the 12th (or the day when menstruation ends), consume Ashoka up to the 22nd day.

Cycle the use of Ashoka in the next month too, in this way.

Safety & Precautions

Avoid the use of this herb if you have constipation.
