Triphala stands as perhaps the most revered formula in the 5,000-year-old tradition of Ayurvedic medicine. The name literally means "three fruits" in Sanskrit, reflecting its elegant composition of equal parts:
Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) – The rejuvenative powerhouse
Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) – The transformative cleanser
Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) – The supreme healer
Ancient Ayurvedic texts describe it as a "rasayana"—a rare classification reserved for substances that supports longevity and rejuvenation.
Triphala is like a wise trio of lifelong friends—each with a unique gift, yet always working in harmony to keep you clean and light. Together, they form a timeless circle of care—balancing, renewing, and guiding you toward lasting vitality.
