How to use

Aromatic use (diffuser):
Add 3–5 drops to water in your diffuser, following the manufacturer's directions. Diffuse for 30–60 minutes at a time in a well-ventilated space.

Topical use (diluted):
Always dilute in a suitable carrier oil (e.g. coconut, jojoba, sweet almond) at 1–2% dilution (approximately 1–2 drops per teaspoon of carrier oil) before skin application. Peppermint is a high-menthol oil — always stay within recommended dilution ratios and patch test before first use.

Safety & Precautions

Remember to patch test and consult a professional if pregnant, nursing, or with health concerns. Adjust dilution based on skin sensitivity.

Keep away from infants and young children — peppermint oil containing menthol is not suitable for use on or around babies and young children due to the intensity of the menthol content.

To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.
