How to use

Take ¼- ½ tsp (250–500mg) of Jatamansi powder with honey or lukewarm water after food, once or twice a day. Brahmi and Jatamansi are very synergistic both 1/2 tsp each with 1 tsp honey can improve attention, confidence, and intelligence.  

Can be combined with:   Gotu kola, Brahmi, Ashwagandha, Shankhapushpi in nerve disorders.  Arjuna, Bala, Punarnava in cardiac palpitations and pain. Ginger, Cardamom, Licorice in digestive discomfort.

To verify that a herb is authentic it is issued with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which contains tests (heavy metals/safety/identification) done on every batch of herb manufacturing. E.g Amla COA or Ashwagandha COA. COAs for every herb are available via email request.
